Picture This: Photo Features Could Boost Google Plus In Battle Vs. Facebook
Google Plus appears to be working on closing the gap that exists between what some call a sparsely populated semblance of a social network and Facebook. It is harnessing innovative spirit and brainpower to enhance its photo technology, potentially making itself a (well, an eventual, let's be real) social-network opponent to Facebook. Despite the bad rap Google Plus has received from much of the tech community, it has accomplished some feats, especially... read more>>

STUDY: What Types Of Facebook Campaigns Will Drive Earned Media?
The types of marketing campaigns on Facebook that draw the most entries are not necessarily the same types of campaigns that generate the most sharing and earned media, according to a new study from Facebook marketing software provider Wildfire Interactive. Flash back in time a tad and recall that Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg was wrested from the top-talent club at Google, when? Sister blog Inside Facebook reported the settlement, saying that the plaintiffs of Fraley et al v. Facebook (see below) based their claims on California's Right of Publicity Statute, which prohibits the use of names, voices, signatures, photographs, or likenesses for advertising without... read more>>
