I picked up some really good resell rights and private label rights the other day in the gardening niche. I am going to show you how easy it is to make a good profit from both resale rights and private label rights even though most Gurus tell you stay clear of them.
Now the gardening niche really isn't my thing even though I have met people in the past at seminars that are heavily involved in it. Experience is something that I lack in this niche even though I did have some success a while ago with a gardening for children e-book.
So I thought it would be really interesting if I shared my success with you from profiting in the gardening niche using the special rights that I have managed to get my hands on.
The PLR/RR that I have picked up focus on the growing your own vegetables niche and with us being in a recession it fits in rather nicely. Because I haven't had chance to set up a website yet you won't have the opportunity to view a niche mini product from Samantha Milner before it happens.
The first thing that I see is that whilst the resell/private label rights material in front of me is pretty good it is not unique. I don't have the expertise in this field to make it unique so I either need to find some unique content or get someone else to do it for me or enter it from a completely different angle.
From having a look at the niche I can see that there is a lot of competition but that also means that there is a lot of money to be made out of it. The main thing that you should remember is that it won't take me long to put together, and it will cost me very little so it is well worth the effort. Even if it just brings me in $200 a month that is still another $2,400 to add towards my yearly income for a day or two's work.
I got a contact through Twitter that knows a great deal about the niche to look at the information that I have bought and give me his verdict. So he gets back to me and tells me that three of them are basic information that would suit a newcomer/beginner and the last one is total crap and is then binned straight away. So he leaves me with three e-books that wouldn't seem fair to sell. They contain information that would suit newcomers but I would not feel qualified to do a rewrite myself and I like to provide the best quality information whenever I can. They are just not good enough to ask experienced gardeners to pay for.
So I decide that I must profit from these products through other methods. I go off have a nice bite to eat so that my brain can have some time off as I have been researching this niche for hours and don't want to end up with a headache.
It pays off as I return later in the evening with a wonderful plan of attack!
I am going to build three websites - one for each of the e-books and I'll focus all my attention on the newbie's of the gardening market. Even if I do get experienced gardeners involved by stating it is for beginners I will be covering myself from disappointment that the pros might have with the product in hand.
I am even going to giveaway the e-books for free!
I already know there are a number of sites already doing this so the copy of the majority of my websites will go like this:
"Gardening Newbie's - WE NEED YOU - TO TRY OUT our methods - Apply Here"
And below there will be a simple questionnaire - how long they have been gardening and what is their area of interest. I'll tell them that for successful applicants (who will be informed instantly) they will be able to test it and review it for me for free. The only condition is that they must subscribe to my free gardening newsletter. I need lots of people on my list so only the unsuitable will be refused!
I'll have three sites offering the various free e-books in return for signing up for my newsletter that I have already created with Aweber and it will be up and running in a day or so.
This is the reason for calling our business DSM Publishing and not just Dominic & Samantha Milner's E-Book's. As this gives us the opportunity to tie in our business name with all sorts of businesses and doesn't just tie us to the make money online niche.
So once the sites are all set up with the free products I now need the traffic to come to them. I start by going on Google and entering "free gardening methods" and find over 2 million results but only come across four Adwords with Google. This means that I will be able to set up my own Google Adwords for a very good price and be able to appear on page one.
Plus none of the competition is offering free products they are all paid products. People use gardening products to make them money and don't see the potential in offering products for free. However in the make money online niche this is totally the opposite, if you typed in free e-books you would see a silly amount. But by targeting niche markets you can really take it to the next level.
I then write a couple of reviews to tie in with my free products and will include something along the lines of how to find quality gardening methods for free and surprise, surprise it sends them right over to my websites. I will then pay someone to write me a further ten articles and spend a day submitting them to as many free article directories that I can find along with bookmarking them so that they appear in the Google Search Engines. I will then join a few related forums and spread my link over there too and it will all add up and create a lovely income stream for me.
Also because it is not based in the make money online niche people are more likely to give you their email address without question!
But now that I have started to create a list - now what?
I will create a large sequence of autoresponders that provide free information and will include reviews to products with my affiliate links. I will also include free vouchers to related shops and then if they spend more than how much their voucher is worth, I will make even more money out of it.
It really is as easy as this - It can be adopted for any niche you like - find a PLR product, alter it to make it unique to you, set up a simple webpage and market it!
