Will Phoenix or Thailand Feature in my Five Year Home Plan? Posted: 27 Sep 2012 01:55 PM PDT I have published a number of posts in the past on this blog about how making money online has afforded me a number of opportunities and luxuries that just would not be available to me if I had stayed at my old 9to5 job as a market researcher. I have a real itching to move to another country, maybe Thailand or even America. Maybe it is the traveller in me longing to get out, part from trips to France, Netherlands, & Germany I have spent my time in England. Properties are so much cheaper in some parts of the world than they are here in the United Kingdom and the money I earn will stretch a lot further than it does here. Phoenix is an area I've been looking at a lot lately. If I haven't made enough by the end of the five year period then I can always take advantage of the various home loans phoenix has on offer. These are mortgage loans that you take out to buy a home and you pay it back on a monthly basis. Lots of people are taking out phoenix home loans to help buy their own homes, in fact I think it is incredibly rare to see someone buying a property without a mortgage, I think only multi-millionaires buy homes without them. You can even find loan companies who accept people with bad credit, although they do offer a higher rate of interest to take that into consideration. If you are looking for phoenix home loans then have a look on Google. |
Feedburner is Finally Back Up & Running Posted: 26 Sep 2012 10:14 AM PDT A lot of bloggers noticed that Feedburner went down recently and set all the counters to zero, this combined with the earlier announcement that Google was closing the Feedburner API mean that hundreds of thousands of people were convinced Google had shut Feedburner down. By staying silent, and taking a full week to fix the problem, Google has shot itself in the foot because thousands of people ditched Feedburner and moved to a more stable service like FeedBlitz. I am still firmly in the camp that says that Google is not going to shut Feedburner down, it is simply planning to give it a long-needed makeover. I just don't think even Google could be stupid enough to shut down a service that is vastly popular. I think they will announce some kind of integration with Google+ which many people have been speculating about for a number of months. I also think they might set up a paid version of the service. What do you think the future holds for Feedburner? |
